We act solely as holiday organizers. We inspect and select the services to be provided to you. However, we do not own, operate or control any airline, shipping company, coach or coach company, hotel, transport, restaurant, kitchen caravan or any other facility or provider etc. that is engaged to provide you services during the course of your tour. Therefore, please carefully note that:
You are required to follow the terms, conditions, and rules of each service provider. This includes, for example, airline baggage policies and hotel meal timings. Any consequences arising from non-compliance will be at your own risk.
If you cause any injury or damage to a service provider, you may be held liable, and any amounts recovered from us in this regard will be charged to you accordingly. Accordingly, we shall not be liable for any delay, deficiency, injury, death, loss or damage etc. occasioned due to act or default of such service providers, their employees or agents.
We reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.

• • Please make sure that the passport of all guests travelling is valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
• • We can only facilitate the visa application for the travelling passengers. Granting of visa is solely at the discretion of Embassy. If visa is rejected or delayed by the Embassy for any reason then we are not liable to give any refund and respective cancellation policies will apply.

Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Seat selection and room allocation (including room number, floor, view, and proximity of rooms) are determined by the airline/hotel and cannot be guaranteed.In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.
The price does not include any personal or incidental expenses, including laundry, room service, minibar charges, beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), tips, portage, and similar services.
If your stay falls on special dates (like 24th December, 31st December, 14th February, etc.) when hotel organize gala dinner, then there may be mandatory Gala Dinner Charges additional that you need to pay at the hotel directly.
Country guidelines may change without notice, hence do check travel rules and your eligibility for travel on the regulatory website of the respective country/state, before booking your travel.

This 4 night 5 day Sri Lanka package includes hotel stay at Radisson Hotel Kandy (2 nights), Citrus Waskaduwa Bentota (1 night), and Ramada by Wyndham Colombo (1 night), daily breakfast (except last night in Colombo, which is room only), private car transfers for the full trip (Colombo to Kandy to Bentota to Colombo), and all toll, parking and driver charges. Flights, meals other than breakfast, and entry tickets are not included.

This is a private tour. You get a private car and driver for the entire trip, not a shared group vehicle.

No. International and domestic flights are not included. You need to book your own flight to Colombo (Bandaranaike International Airport). The private car and driver pick you up from there.

Breakfast is included at Radisson Hotel Kandy and Citrus Waskaduwa Bentota. Breakfast is NOT included at Ramada by Wyndham Colombo (room-only booking). Lunch and dinner are not included on any day of the trip.

All three hotel bookings in this package are non-refundable. If you cancel, you will not get a refund on hotel nights already booked, even if unused. Transfers and activities are also non-refundable if cancelled within 3 days of your travel date. A 5% service charge applies on cancellations or changes to land services.

Sri Lanka visa rules can change, so check the latest requirement on the official Sri Lanka visa website before booking. The package operator can assist with the visa application, but approval is entirely at the discretion of the Sri Lankan authorities — there's no refund if a visa is delayed or rejected.
